Project Get Fit This Summer is officially underway. My boyfriend and I are going tomorrow to join the gym, and I’ve been taking yoga and pilates classes with a friend from work. Today’s yoga class was absolutely INSANE. It was seriously the hardest yoga class I’ve ever taken, but I felt so good afterward. It’s taken me a long time, but I’ve managed to finally figure out the difference between pushing myself really hard (in a good way) and trying to force my body to do something that it’s just not capable of doing. I used to hate taking classes because I felt like if I sat down or needed to take a break, everyone would be judging me, but I’ve learned that no one is judging me, and even if they are, who cares???
